priority. Please read our return and refund policy
carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with a photo of the issue and we will resolve
it immediately.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the nature of hair and body care products,
we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened
or used items for hygiene reasons.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Unopened products in their original packaging
may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is approved, your refund will
be processed within 3-5 business days.
